Charles Sapp, CPA, is an association executive with over 30 years of experience supporting organizations in the AMC and staff-managed environment. Starting his career journey as a union iron worker, Chuck pursued a degree in accounting and has been a CPA for over 30 years, while also leading associations and association management companies.

During his time as the Executive Vice President at the Federation of Animal Science Societies, Chuck oversaw the delivery of service to a number of associations within FACSS AMC model. After FACSS Chuck became the Director of Association Management Services at Talley Management Group. In that role, he oversaw a team of 25 that delivered services to over 30 associations.

Today, Chuck joined his son Joe to form Momentum Association Management and to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
